How do I get help with a specific app?
Send us a note through our contact form with the app name and a short description of the issue. Including your device model and OS version helps us respond faster.
How do subscriptions, restores, and refunds work?
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel a subscription in your device's account settings. Use the in-app "Restore Purchases" option to restore access on a new device. Refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not by us.
How is my data handled?
Most of our apps work on-device and collect as little as possible. See our privacy policy and each app's App Store privacy details for specifics.
Can you add a feature or fix a bug?
